Post 3 : Retirement and Hobby!!!

 So just recently I found out that my Mother has a series of ailments. It is an effect of the amount of lengthy work she has done over the course of fifteen years. And she is on rest for some time now. So there was this random convo that we had about how to keep oneself busy when free. 

So here my two cents on the same.

Right from the time you begin work and now even earlier everyone tells you about saving for retirement and having money grow for you when you are not working. In other words planning for your retirement. I have been working for the same amount of years as my mother but my work hasn’t been that strenuous. Also the fact here is I still have like 30 years or so left to add to my life of work life before I retire. Again that may change as I age but it’s a simple question “ what do you do after you retire?”

I mean sure if you have hobbies et all it works out but you need an income to support that hobby. Sure retirement benefits may kick in but if the retirees age today is 65 will it be 70 when people my age retire!? 

I mean there are several factors but for now I think I should concentrate on raising my kid, growing my money, making money, saving for retirement and. Cultivating a hobby... phew...
